MTU Request Tracking (MTU RT)

The Request Tracking system allows any area to use multiple email "help" addresses for receiving requests and questions from end users. This avoids having questions coming in to specific MTU employee email addresses.

MTU has implemented open source request tracking software WebRT. It has queues, people assigned to answer requests in the queues plus reporting functions for assessing help requests.
